Thanks to constructive, simple and concrete technical solutions, KONEX direct steam ovens serie guarantees various cooking methods. Functions buttons, in mechanical or touch screen versions, allow fast and intuitive use of the various available functions. Minimum investments costs allow important, professional performances.

Space kept inside chamber for gas or electric heating and hot air circulation through two-way ventilation, are reduced in order to have a considerable energetic saving. Nevertheless, a perfect homogeneity in cooking is guaranteed.

Double reflecting glass door allows to easily operate thanks to an increased heat insulation. The inner glass can be opened for easy cleaning.

KONEX direct steam ovens range features a total humidity control: mechanical version presents a manual adjustment of vaporization and an opening and closing vent valve; in the touch screen version, the humidity control is fully automatic, and allows to adapt the right climate in cavity, suitable for any kind of product.
